Individual and/or group supervision for:

• counsellors  

• case-workers

• pastoral care workers

• school support staff 

• other allied health & wellbeing professionals

Supervision may be in-person, phone or video call. (There is no extra charge for phone or video calls to most countries*.)

Individual Supervision:

1, 1 1/2 hr or 2 hr individual sessions are offered.

 

Group Supervision:

Groups comprise no more than 5 supervisees.

Depending on the number of supervisees wishing to be supervised (either in a group or individual sessions on the same day) I am prepared to drive to any location within 2.5hrs of Berry (that covers roughly Sydney, Wollongong, Ulladulla, Bowral, Canberra).

 

Supervision Style:

I do not follow a single approach in supervision or counselling.

I  have an wholistic approach and embrace a number of modalities including, but not limited to:

• Person Centred (Rogerian)

• Positive-Strength Based

• Existential and Transpersonal (some call Spiritual)

• Gestalt

• CBT

I understand the role of a supervisor is to encourage and facilitate growing awareness in the supervisee to “see” and “find their own best answers”  to the challenges and blockages they and/or their clients face.

 

Rates
